Responsibilities

Design and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Lead AB testing initiatives to optimize product-led growth (PLG) strategies.

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Optimizely and other analytics platforms to drive key decisions.

Develop and execute on strategies for improving activation and retention rates.

Own the experimentation process, developing hypotheses, testing them, and scaling successful growth initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth goals.

Lead the Data team, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions.

Work closely with the Data team to ensure data integrity and to develop insights that support growth initiatives.

Develop data strategies that support long-term business objectives and immediate growth needs.

Mentor and manage team members across both the Growth and Data teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Operate autonomously and thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.

Refine and implement the PQL scoring framework.
