Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Work with our CEO and Medical Director to implement a GTM strategy to drive the adoption of our AI-powered medical services among relevant VBC stakeholders.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within health plans, employers, and other potential partners.
Sales Execution: Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach and negotiation to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically selling into VBC entities.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to build and lead a sales team.
