Professionalizing the sales function
Player / coach - Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player
Run cross-functional growth campaigns
Business partner to the CEO
Managed Service Provider Sales experience - Previous experience selling in an MSP environment is preferred

Required
Sales & marketing leadership experience
Ability to transition the organization away from founder-led sales
Experience in professionalizing the sales function including building out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, marketing, metrics, and playbooks
Player/coach mentality with the ability to hunt and close deals
Experience in building and managing a sales team
Ability to run cross-functional growth campaigns
Strong partnership skills to work closely with the CEO
Experience in formulating overall business strategy and executing it
