Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall PPC and acquisition strategy. Define long-term goals and KPIs for the team and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage the PPC team, including Team Leads and specialists. Conduct regular meetings, provide mentorship, and implement training programs to drive performance.
Plan, allocate, and monitor advertising budgets. Ensure efficient use of financial resources and provide detailed campaign performance reports.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement automation tools and innovative approaches to optimize campaign performance.
Coordinate with Product, SEO, SMM, Email, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize campaign results.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the PPC field.
Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards, platform policies, and internal quality standards.
Test new tools and technologies for process optimization and automation. Develop action plans for crisis management and unforeseen circumstances.

Required

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC, growth marketing, or user acquisition.
Demonstrated expertise (2+ years) in the FinTech sector.
Leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers, including setting goals and tracking performance metrics.
Experience in managing large-scale advertising budgets and overseeing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
Expert knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools for campaign management and optimization.
Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management and developing contingency plans for high-pressure situations.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, always looking for new ways to optimize performance.
