Responsibilities
Lead and execute performance marketing strategies across key platforms (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Omnisend).
Develop and optimize PPC strategies, including paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.
Drive email marketing, SMS campaigns, and subscription-based initiatives to boost customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure goals are met.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and other data platforms to measure performance, track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and identify areas for optimization.
Use data to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, refining strategies to maximize ROI.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate insights and results effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to align online and offline growth strategies, driving foot traffic and building partnerships with retailers.
Leverage data insights to target new customers and optimize retail marketing efforts.
Work closely with creative teams to produce high-converting ad creatives, engaging content, and impactful brand campaigns.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels while amplifying New Brew’s unique value proposition.
Identify and manage partnerships with agencies, influencers, and complementary brands to expand reach and engagement.
Stay ahead of trends in functional beverages, regulated products, and e-commerce to drive innovation.

Required
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in scaling DTC sales for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands (beverage industry experience preferred).
Deep expertise in digital marketing, including Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and the ability to optimize based on data insights.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Experience in PPC management, email/SMS marketing, and subscription models.
Familiarity with the unique challenges of marketing a regulated product, including compliance and communication nuances.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
Passion for innovative, disruptive, or functional products.
Preferred
Beverage industry experience preferred.
