Expertise in customer data and analytics, with a history of crafting and executing comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
Keeping updated on TikTok trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices to maintain strategic edge.
Passion for team building, mentoring, and maximizing strengths in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, empathy, and resilience.
Formulating and improving marketing strategies while understanding platform dynamics and user engagement patterns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
Over 5 years of experience in social media management, influencer engagement, or community management, with a strong preference for TikTok and TikTok Shop expertise.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to delegate and resolve cross-functional projects and issues.
Demonstrated success in elevating brand visibility and driving sales through targeted social media strategies, impactful influencer campaigns, and AI utilization.
Proficient analytical skills, specializing in measuring and scaling the impact of social media campaigns.
Enthusiasm for staying ahead of social media trends and digital marketing innovations.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfort with ambiguity, able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
