Responsibilities

Collaborate with the executive team to identify new markets for expansion.

Identify, source, and secure potential properties in those markets (preferably designing initiatives to attract ideal properties).

Manage the comprehensive process of negotiating and leasing each new property, preparing it for students and navigating all necessary local approval processes (including fire, health, certificates of use, and Department of Education requirements).

Develop the real estate engine that will support the opening of thousands of new microschools annually.
