Responsibilities
Develop and implement GTM playbooks for key regions like the US.
Scale lead generation through digital campaigns, partnerships, and content marketing.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with municipal associations and stakeholders to unlock new distribution channels.
Position Go Vocal as a thought leader in participatory democracy through storytelling, events, and media.
Refine brand messaging and visual identity to ensure consistency across markets.
Highlight Go Vocal’s impact with creative campaigns and success stories from government partners.
Empower a five-person marketing team, fostering creativity, growth, and purpose.
Collaborate across teams, including Country Managers, Sales, Product, and GovSuccess, to align strategies.
Define and track key performance metrics, using data insights to optimize strategies with the CEO.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience working in marketing or growth.
Over 4+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration by leveraging individual strengths.
Demonstrable experience or a strong desire to work with the (US) public sector.
Solid understanding of resident engagement and public governance.
Very fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
Proficiency in other European languages (esp. German, Dutch, French) is a plus.
Proven track record of working in both the North American and Western European markets.
Strategic thinker who can successfully connect the dots.
Ability to design go-to-market strategies in a structured way and involving multiple stakeholders.
Tech-savvy and analytical, keen on automating wherever possible.
Familiar with technical/digital marketing channels (incl. SEO and SEA).
Relationship builder who loves to spar both internally and externally.
Hands-on attitude, loves running experiments and re-iterating upon data insights.
Creative ideas for new growth.
