Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small marketing team while maintaining hands-on execution across all marketing initiatives
Provide day-to-day guidance and training to junior/intermediate team members
Build foundational marketing processes and workflows to support team development
Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Own the strategy and execution of Marketing for both Workerbee and TestAssure
Define OKR’s and KPI’s that align to the revenue growth, profitability and brand awareness goals of the company
Own end-to-end lead generation strategy and execution for dual audiences: enterprise customers and technical/consulting specialists
Develop clear data-driven KPIs and ROI metrics
Create comprehensive content strategies that attract and convert both enterprise customers and top-tier specialists
Develop and execute strategies for email campaigns, event-based campaigns, webinars, partnerships, thought leadership, social media, etc.
Drive all activities through existing systems (e.g. HubSpot for Sales), leverage automation and AI where possible, and bring new ideas to the company
Build new collateral, or refresh existing collateral if appropriate, to support Agilea’s 2025 vision, offerings, partnerships, etc. to meet the goals above
Participate and possibly lead efforts to improve and maintain websites and landing pages
Leverage video, AI, etc. wherever possible or strategic
Monitor industry trends and identify new channels/approaches for audience engagement
Support Talent & Sales to produce consistent content on social media to drive brand awareness, inbound interest and ultimately leads for both Talent & Sales
Partner with product, sales, and talent teams to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences
Work with Talent, Sales, Product and Operations to ensure seamless lead tracking, lead scoring, qualification efforts, nurturing, handoffs, etc. in existing systems
Design and execute marketing automation workflows that effectively nurture leads through the funnel
Lead the planning and execution of targeted events, webinars, and digital campaigns
Develop compelling content across all channels that drive measurable inbound interest
Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates
Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on all initiatives
Partner with Talent and Sales to continuously gather feedback and optimize lead generation strategies
Improve SEO results as budget and prioritization allows

Required
10+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated hands-on execution in demand generation
Proven track record of mentoring junior/intermediate marketing team members while maintaining strong individual contribution
Expertise in building and optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing programs
Deep understanding of marketing analytics and experience setting up reporting frameworks
Content creation and campaign development skills across multiple channels
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI
Excellent project management and process development abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred
Prior experience marketing to both enterprise customers and professional talent/consultants preferred
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
Background in high-growth or startup environments
