Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and drives growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Lead and manage a marketing team (including web development, product marketing and performance marketing) to ensure successful execution of campaigns across various channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.).
Ability to source and manage external contractors
Oversee performance marketing initiatives to optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and cost-per-acquisition improvements.
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales initiatives, ensuring a cohesive customer journey.
Lead content marketing initiatives and distribution to develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and distribute them across appropriate channels
Can be the technical owner of website assets and content and work in collaboration with web developers and designers to increase conversion and engagement
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
Build and analyze key marketing performance metrics, demonstrate ability to collect and analyze data across all lifecycles from acquisition to retention and referral and can discuss/articulate strategies for all stages of the growth funnel
Stay up-to-date with our products and industry trends, become familiar with our products and the competitive landscape, stay up to date on industry trends.

Required

5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years leading a team
B2B SaaS experience.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
Experience building and leading a team and managing cross-functional collaboration with sales and product/engineering teams.
Can demonstrate clear prior success in executing on and managing 1-2 growth marketing channels (including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing stack (Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, etc)

Preferred

e-commerce experience
Experience as a founding marketing hire or have grown a team from scratch
