Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the company as a premium, innovative brand.
Lead brand development initiatives, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional marketing.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment and synergy.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer insights to drive innovation.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Required
5+ years of experience in CPG, with a strong preference for food and beverage.
Proven track record in roles like Head of Marketing or Director of Brand Marketing.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
Ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and measure ROI.
Passion for crafting compelling brand stories and engaging content.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.
