Responsibilities
Head of the marketing department
Co owner of revenue targets
Leader of a team of 2 to start, growing to 5 in 2025
Previous impact in category creation and development, persona development and segmentation, end to end customer journey mapping and measurement
Experience driving demand into Partnerships and Direct Sales for Mid to ENT eCommerce merchants – eg an Enterprise SaaS sales motion
Experience with input into roadmaps + handling all GTM for all products and features, working in close partnership with Product, Eng and all sales channels
Sales, CX and partner enablement, including pitch decks, case studies and training collateral for internal and external teams
Thought leadership content and event execution
Demand and lead generation, funnel optimization
Digital marketing for website optimization, content, SEO etc
Own marketing operations and tech stack including establishing and refining a framework for success
Demonstrated revenue impact/growth with a high growth SaaS company

Required
B2B SaaS experience is required
Experience unlocking B2B growth through Direct and Partnerships channels is required
Experience growing an Enterprise SaaS brand
Previous impact in category creation and development, persona development and segmentation, end to end customer journey mapping and measurement
Experience driving demand into Partnerships and Direct Sales for Mid to ENT eCommerce merchants – eg an Enterprise SaaS sales motion

Strong bias for action to learn fast – comfortable making hypothesis and testing/learning fast to clarify ambiguity
8+ years of experience in a B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing – ideally scaling a company from Series B up
Great at growing a team and ID’ing marketing DNA that is built to scale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience with: email marketing, A/B testing, social media marketing, SEO and inbound marketing
