Responsibilities
Lead Growth Marketing Initiatives: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Halliday as a thought leader in the blockchain and fintech sectors, focusing on both brand building and user acquisition.
Plan and Execute Industry Activations: Drive large-scale marketing activations at key Web3 and blockchain events (conferences, hackathons, developer summits) to elevate Halliday’s brand presence and establish us as an industry innovator.
Develop Compelling Content: Create and oversee the development of high-quality, technically informed content that showcases Halliday’s unique value proposition to developers, enterprises, and crypto enthusiasts.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to craft marketing materials that simplify complex technical concepts and demonstrate our solutions’ value.
Manage External Communications: Oversee Halliday’s external communications across various channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and event marketing, while maintaining brand consistency and voice.
Build Partnerships & Influence: Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify Halliday’s reach and visibility within the crypto community.
Analyze & Optimize Marketing Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data insights to continually refine strategies and improve ROI.
Coordinate Industry Engagement: Lead Halliday’s participation in key Web3 and blockchain events, ensuring we maintain a strong, consistent presence and engage meaningfully with the crypto community.

Required
Versatile Marketing Leader: A generalist marketer with expertise in growth marketing, brand building, and establishing thought leadership within the blockchain and fintech space.
Blockchain & Fintech Expertise: Significant experience in marketing for blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech companies, with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and trends.
Event Marketing Experience: Proven ability to plan and execute impactful marketing activations at major industry events, conferences, and summits, building strong brand presence and engagement.
Content & Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Startup Mentality: Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of creativity and execution.
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: A results-driven mindset, with experience in using data and insights to optimize marketing performance and drive measurable results.
