Responsibilities

Lead the Media Buying Effort

• Strategize, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta advertising campaigns.

• Conduct in-depth audience segmentation and targeting to improve campaign performance.

• Continuously test new strategies to improve ROAS and drive scalability.

• Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Lead the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Team

• Take ownership of the CRO strategy to drive revenue growth.

• Proactively come up with innovative CRO ideas to enhance conversion rates, such as:

• Testing unique landing page layouts, offers, and messaging.

• Personalizing user experiences through dynamic content.

• Implementing behavioral triggers and upsell/cross-sell mechanisms.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all optimizations are backed by data and aligned with our business goals.

Lead the Creative Strategy Team

• Develop and oversee the creative strategy for Meta ads, focusing on high-impact visuals and messaging.

• Guide designers and copywriters to produce scroll-stopping, revenue-driving ad creatives.

• Analyze creative performance metrics to inform future campaigns and creative direction.
