Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and scale a technical onboarding team, tackling complex challenges around data ingestion, integrations, and more

Own and optimize key onboarding metrics, focused on reducing time-to-onboard while elevating customer satisfaction

Continuously transform customer experiences by enhancing onboarding systems and processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to proactively resolve bottlenecks and ensure a smooth onboarding journey

Design and implement structured onboarding plans, ensuring excellence at every step

Manage escalations effectively, balancing team resources while continually raising the bar on quality
