Responsibilities
Reduce care costs across clinical, guidance, support, and fulfillment teams, with a strong emphasis on leveraging emerging AI tools and proprietary software.
Enhance the quality of clinical and coaching care, customer support, and the time it takes to deliver value to clients.
Implement new clinical protocols and healthcare products to boost customer lifetime value (CLTV) and enhance patient access to impactful therapies.

Required
Minimum of 5 years managing a large workforce, preferably including remote employees.
Capable of designing scalable and automated solutions from first principles, including KPIs to measure success.
Proven track record in increasing efficiency and cost reduction without compromising quality; skilled negotiator (both internally and externally).
Challenges assumptions and evaluates problems from a ground-up perspective; willing to challenge conventional wisdom to optimize client outcomes and experiences.
Demonstrates aptitude in analyzing and synthesizing large data sets to inform business decisions; thinks several layers deeper than average.
Thrives in a remote-first, writing-centered culture that promotes freedom and responsibility.
