+3 years of experience in web3 space with notable companies focused on Blockchain middleware space
Experience in building and scaling business development functions from zero to one (share examples, metrics, achievements)
Technical candidates, with strong understanding of blockchain tech
Highly proficient with business development tech tools and other general digital organizational tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, etc.)
Successful experience as a tech startup operator in a business development leadership role with significant achievements
