Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of patient marketing.
Develop the strategy for acquiring and retaining patients.
Bring the patient marketing strategy to life.
Collaborate closely with patient strategy and operations to manage growth across the business.
Deploy the right tactics to the right audiences at the right time, in a scalable and sustainable way.

Required
12+ years of experience in marketing
6+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding a team (team size of at least 10)
8+ years of experience in growth marketing across a variety of channels, including paid (primarily digital) and owned (email, SMS)
Experience managing an annual marketing budget of at least $50M, with multiple channels exceeding $10M+ each
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Demonstrated success in driving significant growth with 50%+ YoY growth
Track record of launching and scaling new marketing programs or channels
Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
Preferred
Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments
Experience in a marketplace business, consumer tech, or e-commerce
Background in a fast-paced growth or mid-stage startup environment
