Responsibilities
Own our product roadmap
Manage our product process from concept to retro
Scoping and ruthlessly prioritizing product outcomes
Triaging bugs on the fly
Building low-code MVPs to test with farmers
Conducting user interviews with our designer
Synthesizing data points to inform our roadmap
Serving as a communication bridge across team functions for product outcomes and timelines

Required
You have at least 8 years of B2B or B2G product management experience, some of which happened at an early stage company
You’ve managed a product from zero-to-one, navigating the product’s journey to product-market-fit
You’ve grown with companies from 10 to 50+ teammates, playing a product leadership role in this journey
You’re an excellent boundary-setter, prioritizer, and communicator
You have an eye for lean product design, iterative implementation and user experience
You’re comfortable discussing technical feasibility of product decisions with the engineering team
You are deeply self-motivated and excited to be one of eighteen teammates at an early stage company
You have a conscientious team-player mentality, and an openness to others’ ideas
You do not need to have previous experience in the agricultural sector, but you are genuinely curious about farmers and eager to support their success
Preferred
Experience in software development
Experience with business intelligence tools and databases
Experience building mobile applications
