Responsibilities

Lead Product Development: Oversee the non-technical aspects of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products deliver outstanding user experience and value to brokers, carriers, and insured accounts
Identify and Prioritize User Needs: Conduct in-depth market research to identify user pain points, desires and unmet needs, translating insights into a prioritized product backlog.
Facilitate Product Strategy: Collaborate with insurance and technical leaders to define, refine, and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
Develop Content Strategy: Create and execute content for outreach campaigns and social media that drive high-level conversions, going beyond traditional marketing techniques.

Required

At least 5 years of product management experience in commercial insurance or insurtech, with a proven track record of successfully launching commercial enterprise P&C products. Experience in life, auto, or health insurance is less relevant.
Deep expertise in insurance distribution, encompassing the entire process from application to underwriting, with a thorough understanding of the workflows, incentives, and pain points of brokers, carriers, and insured accounts.
Experience using tools like Figma, Jira, and Google Suite for collaboration, task management, and visual communication with technical and non-technical teams.
Adapt quickly to new challenges, acquire knowledge rapidly, integrate into new environments and consistently exceed expectations.
Highly organized with the ability to gather information, analyze it critically, formulate hypotheses, test rigorously and communicate recommendations effectively.
