Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap
Manage and grow our product team through strategic hiring and creating a collaborative environment for continuous learning and growth
Drive product performance through data-driven insights and metrics, making informed decisions to achieve growth targets
Tracking impressions and key data metrics across the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure we are solving any known product issues

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience leading product teams, preferably in consumer technology with a consistent record of developing product growth
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Demonstrated success in high-growth and fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use insights, data, and statistical analyses to drive product growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate optimally at all levels of the company
3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in the music industry or streaming
