Responsibilities
Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Caidentia, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and company goals
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, presales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and successful go-to-market strategy
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, prioritize features, and ensure that Caidentia is meeting the evolving needs of the procurement landscape
Work with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials to support a successful product launch
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the eProcurement space
This role will start as a single contributor, and eventually build and lead a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Required
15+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS technology
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level software products
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Expert level knowledge of procurement processes and industry best practices
Experience launching eProcurement, supply chain, or supplier relationship management products from scratch
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and customer feedback into actionable strategies
Strong understanding of product development processes and SaaS technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
Demonstrated experience in gathering customer insights and translating them into successful product features and improvements
Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with C-level executives, customers, and external partners
Leadership experience, with a knack for mentoring and guiding teams in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
Willingness and ability to travel within the US, as well as abroad up to 35%
Must be based in the US and able to work for any employer without restrictions
