Responsibilities

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably within the public sector business.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and leading change initiatives.
Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving access to high-quality, personalized healthcare solutions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience and agility.
