Required
Willingness to relocate to Richmond, VA - non negotiable
15+ years of experience performing econometric based forecasting and quantitative analysis OR 10+ years of experience with a PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field
CRE domain expertise, including modeling rents and various data sources to apply to models
Past experience leading a team
4+ years of experience building models, analyzing commercial real estate trends and data
