Responsibilities
Oversee the applicant process flow to ensure compliance with internal hiring practices. Includes applicant screening, candidate follow-up, interviewing, skills testing, job offers, and background checks including but not limited to IJM’s executive and expatriate hiring.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBP's to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment processes.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partners with HR leadership team members and hiring managers to support the attraction and retention of highly skilled employees, giving guidance and candidate feedback on total rewards, relocation plans, internal transfers, new hire orientation, and onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality and data integrity of HR systems related to applicant tracking and hire data.
Work with the Vice President of Talent Pipeline & Development to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with IJM’s goals and objectives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories prepare regular reports on recruiting activities, metrics, and outcomes for senior leadership participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other partners to enhance the talent pipeline stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Oversee the daily operations of the recruiting team in the US, ensuring adherence to IJM’s policies and procedures.
Set performance goals and objectives for the recruiting team and monitor progress towards these goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share updates, and address any challenges or concerns develop and implement training programs for new recruiters to ensure they are well equipped to succeed in their roles.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and return on investment.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field or qualifying experience.
Minimum of seven years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, with at least three years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of successfully filling high level and specialized positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software (Workday experience is required).
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations governing the employment process.
Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and other sourcing tools.
