Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the digital asset and AI sectors.
Set clear sales objectives and KPIs, aligning them with company goals and market opportunities.
Lead by example, participating in high-level sales activities.
Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Establish a culture of excellence, fostering continuous learning and commitment to quality.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Design and implement robust sales processes, including reporting systems, performance tracking, and coordination mechanisms within the team and across departments.
Optimize sales workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results to the executive team.
Engage with potential investors to present profit-sharing models and investment opportunities in digital asset mining within our data centers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting clients interested in hosting solutions for digital asset mining.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams, including establishing systems, processes, and sales infrastructure
Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, with at least 3 years in an executive position, ideally in the tech or digital asset sectors
Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams, with a focus on culture, performance, and continuous improvement
Demonstrated history of closing large sales deals ($1M+) and consistently driving substantial revenue growth, with a record of generating 8-figure revenue annually or more
Skilled in high-stakes negotiation, targeting high-value clients and investors, and driving strategic account growth
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
Experienced in creating and executing long-term sales strategies that align with broader business goals
Proven experience in engaging with investors, understanding investment models, and presenting complex sales/investment propositions effectively

Preferred

Strong understanding of the digital asset industry, data centers, or related hardware/technical fields
Experience in the financial sector or familiarity with investment products and profit-sharing models
