Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand our client base
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target healthcare organizations
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of RCM services to clients
Utilize CRM systems (i.e., HubSpot) to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to executive leadership
Ability to demonstrate contiguous products such as data analytics and performance improvement
Post sales client management with the ability to troubleshoot and deliver solutions in a timely manner

Required
10+ years of experience in RCM sales, with a proven track record of selling to reputable, largescale clients in the healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to articulate a tangible strategy for building and scaling an RCM sales program
Extensive knowledge of holistic RCM services
Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations, specifically in healthcare services
Proficiency in CRM systems
Preferred
Experience selling RCM analytics and automation solutions
Experience working with offshore teams in RCM service delivery
Strong preference for HubSpot experience
