Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain our technical infrastructure and operational processes
Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation
Manage cloud resources and optimize infrastructure costs
Establish and maintain security protocols and compliance standards
Build and lead technical operations teams as we scale
Create and document operational procedures and best practices
Oversee incident response and system reliability
Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes
Manage vendor relationships and technical partnerships
Drive technical decision-making for operational tools and systems

Required
7+ years of experience in technical operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code
Experience with containerization, orchestration, and microservices architecture
Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools
Proven track record of building and scaling technical operations
Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and deployment
Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
Excellence in problem-solving and incident management
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Experience working in high-growth startup environments
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical work
