Responsibilities

Be responsible for the technology that powers our success - including our web site, e-commerce stack, live rooms, as well as internal/end user technology.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand customer pain points and discuss new product ideas. Deliver against product vision, strategy, roadmaps and gain alignment across the company

Lead technical teams and in agile ceremonies to define, track, and review developed features and capabilities

Champion the deployment of and continued innovation stemming from our next generation web and e-commerce site

Manage multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside engineering, and ensuring timely delivery of feature releases

Conduct problem solving analysis with team on specific delivery, design and strategic issues

Participate in all-team activities and provide support to other functional areas (operations, marketing, etc.)

Oversee internal/end user technology at the company

Required

10+ years of experience as a technology leader or related experience

At least 5 years of experience with the Agile framework and software development

Deep experience and understanding of NextJS/React, B2C e-commerce/subscriptions, Rudderstack or equivalent analytics, and data integration/reporting using Snowflake

5+ years of people management experience

Past experience in project remediation/recovery

Strong project planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience delivering against a strategic product roadmap

Ability to delegate efficiently

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
