Responsibilities
Co-facilitate training and workshops at the community level for local counterparts
Conduct health classes to girls and young women at their vocational training center
Collaborate with staff to strengthen their capacity to implement programming on girls’ education and empowerment
Ensure that gender-sensitive aspects are taken into consideration in all of ASAD’s projects

Required
Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Health, Gender Studies and/or Social Sciences.
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of public health, youth development, women’s empowerment and/or international development, etc.
Intermediate French writing and speaking skills (a language test may be required).
Flexibility, patience, strong cross-cultural agility.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter, able to work independently; resourceful, creative, motivated.
Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, ability to present information and conduct training sessions.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write and edit training materials and reports.
Adaptability to working in low-resource environments and occasional travel.
