Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram posts and reels , aligning with brand style and trends
Design visually appealing, on-brand content using Canva
Write compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, and social media captions
Plan and manage a content calendar (i.e. social media, blog, newsletters, podcast)
Suggest new ideas for content , like trends and improvements for better engagement
Potential to expand scope: podcast editing, guest outreach, launching new socials

Required
2+ years working in a content creation role
Experience writing and editing content for blogs, newsletters, and social media
Proficiency with Canva, Instagram, and Google Docs/Sheets/Drive
Excellent design skills and attention to detail – An eye for social media visuals, aesthetics, and trends that engage an audience, plus experience creating Instagram posts and reels
Strong communication and writing skills – Experience writing copy for blogs, newsletters, and social media captions, plus an understanding of tone/style that matches the brand voice
Strategic thinking and growth mindset – Ability to plan/manage a content plan and suggest new ideas, trends, and improvements for better audience engagement, plus a willingness to expand and learn new tools and skills
Preferred
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) the following tools is a plus: Convertkit (Kit), Squarespace, Asana, ChatGPT, Garageband, Unfold
