Responsibilities
Provide planning, development, implementation, analysis, and evaluation for both operational and higher-level strategic initiatives to optimize clinic business operations and improve client health outcomes.
Work with clinical operations’ management teams to develop and maintain PowerBI dashboard reports and reports internal to EPIC Electronic Health Records to help service area and clinic managers make data informed decisions.
Serve as liaison between service area management, clinic managers, clinic providers, and Epic report writers to provide clear, concise, and useful information in the form of both regular and ad hoc reports.
Oversee the development, scheduling, and distribution of clinical service area reports based on the clinical staff and leadership needs.
Lead, assist with, and facilitate special projects including quality improvement projects in clinical services.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, public administration, research methods, statistics, behavioral/social science, public health, computer science/MIS, management science, or urban/city planning, or related field and four years or more of related experience.
Related education and/or experience to total eight years or more.
Preferred
Experience extracting data from EPIC Electronic Health Records.
Working with SQL or other programs to query tables in relational data tables.
Working with R, Python, or other analytical programming.
Working with PowerBI reporting.
Managing and implementing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables, functions and formulas.
Knowledge of community health needs and disparities.
Knowledge of the impact of racism on health.
Knowledge of health care delivery.
Knowledge of quality improvement principles and processes.
Knowledge of data systems and reporting.
Knowledge of grant applications and federal and/or state grant reporting systems.
Knowledge of supervisory principles and techniques.
Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws.
