Responsibilities

Collaborate with APLAFA staff to review the existing training manual.
Confirm areas that are outdated or require improvement.
Co-create new sections and pedagogical activities based on the latest research.
Co-develop and co-facilitate training workshops for trainers on the use of the updated manual.
Co-design assessment methods to collect feedback from trainers and participants about the new manual.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in education, human development, public health, social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
Intermediate high Spanish level
Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curricular development.
Work or volunteer experience in the field of public health, especially in topics of sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, and gender education.
Experience in Community and/or Youth Development
Experience collaborating with schools and/or communities in the development of soft skills.
Research and Analysis Skills.
Communication and Collaboration Skills: written and verbal communication to write reports, manuals and facilitation.
Skills to work in intercultural and intergenerational environments.
Ability to adapt to changes in the project and handle uncertain situations effectively.
Ability to work as a team, collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain effective communication with local partners and the organization's team.
