Responsibilities
Write and develop content for internal and external communication and marketing materials with minimal supervision
Edit, proof, and review all communications to ensure compliance with the employer's tone, voice, and style
Coordinate the production, ordering, and distribution of communications, including print and promotional materials
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to manage communications projects
Ensure all materials meet state and federal regulatory requirements

Required
Associate degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing or editing
At least 1 year of experience in managing communications projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
Experience with Associated Press (AP) Style
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar Intranet programs
Experience with Adobe InDesign
