Responsibilities

Support data analysis and program evaluation portfolio on various topics in health and biomedical research and training
Lead analysis of programmatic and portfolio data to support program assessments and planning for grants portfolios
Plan, design, coordinate, and implement evaluative studies with tools and systems for qualitative data collection and analysis
Conduct quantitative data analysis using methods for portfolio and bibliometric analysis
Prepare, write, and edit evaluation reports and products related to grants program
Prepare background information as well as conduct and summarize technical research on policy topics.
Compile data and prepare graphs, slides and presentations
Analyze and evaluate findings and recommend more efficient, effective and economical ways to accomplish policy objectives.
Develop, implement, and monitor data analysis and evaluation plan, including performance metrics, data collection instruments, and strategies to monitor progress

Required

Master’s degree in Public Health, Community Health, Statistics, or related social science discipline
Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis including working with large datasets
Experience developing and implementing program evaluation studies and associated metrics
Experience with Microsoft Excel, SAS, Tableau, and/or related software for data analysis and visualization

Preferred

Knowledge of NIH grants and funding mechanisms as well as other research agreements
