Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's mission and objectives
Understand the needs of internal teams, payer customers, and members to define and prioritize product requirements
Maintain a product roadmap reflecting new features and enhancements to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
Work closely with Clinical Operations to optimize processes using business intelligence tools
Drive design and development of BI products for actionable insights
Integrate Salesforce and enhance BI products
Provide insights on population health to shape product development
Gather and document precise product requirements, user stories, and use cases
Monitor product performance, user usage patterns, and feedback
Maintain high standards of quality and reliability for BI products
Lead the product development lifecycle from specifications to testing and validation

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree would be an added advantage
Proven track record of at least 3+ years in product management, with an unwavering focus on business intelligence and data analytics products
3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud expertise and experience in integrating Salesforce with BI solutions
A deep understanding of population health, the payer industry, and the intricacies of healthcare data
Deep knowledge and experience in population health management
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional communication skills and a remarkable aptitude for stakeholder management
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and expertise in population health
