Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and own the enterprise SaaS product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Lean Customer Development: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate the value of product features following Lean Startup principles.
Agile Development: Collaborate with the development team to define product requirements within the framework of our agile development methodologies.

Required
3+ years experience for enterprise SaaS services, preferably in the healthcare or analytics sectors.
Strong understanding of data-driven products and experience working with data science and engineering teams.
A self-starter with a willingness to experiment and bias for action.
Experience applying Lean Startup and Agile methodologies to product development.
Proven track record of launching successful SaaS products from zero to one.
A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, value-based care models, and financial operations of hospital-based health systems.
Preferred
Experience with B2B products that are based on enterprise data, dashboards, or analytics.
