Required

13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Healthcare industry.

Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, SQL).

Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience in Healthcare Background.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces.

Knowledge of software development life cycles and systems integration.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
