Healthcare Customer Scheduling Representative

Responsibilities
Enroll and manage the daily membership roster, including any required follow-up.
Assist with scheduling telephonic and in-home visits.
Work closely with peers to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Proactively communicate existing or potential issues and seek resolutions in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with cultural competency policies and annual competency requirements.
Provide rotating weekend and holiday coverage as required by business needs.
Maintain availability for regular weekend coverage in certain postings based on client requirements.

Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or call center operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience using videoconferencing systems such as WebEx Teams
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge and understanding of healthcare terminology
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrates cultural competency and effective interpersonal communication
Preferred
Associate degree or higher
Familiarity with insurance products, including Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, Medicare, and Medicaid
