Responsibilities

Process various medical documents like Independent Medical Reviews.

Handle incoming cases, extract data, and enter it into electronic databases using Microsoft Excel or Word.

Work independently and with team members to address questions, document cases, and ensure timely case returns.

Use critical thinking to determine next steps and reach out to clients via phone for missing information.

Be proficient in using computers, spreadsheets, and work in a metrics-driven environment.

Engage in customer service and client coordination over the phone.

Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims preferred.

Previous experience working in a metrics-based environment.
