Responsibilities
Interface Development : Code, test, implement, and support product interfaces.
Technical Needs Analysis : Conduct thorough technical needs assessments for integration projects.
Project Management : Proficiently manage and plan integration projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Third-Tier Support : Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex integration issues.
Sales and Implementation Support : Assist with both sales and implementation phases, providing technical expertise.
Mentorship : Mentor and provide guidance to entry-level Integration Engineers.
Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to determine interface requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
Product Enhancement Communication : Collaborate with product management to communicate product/interface enhancements.
Travel Requirements : Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Other Duties : Perform related duties as assigned.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in healthcare IT, pharmacy automation, or a related field.
Experience with C#, XML, or .NET in a software or interface development role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare messaging standards like HL7, and expertise in application/data integration methodologies.
Competent experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, and TCPIP technologies.
Experience with SQL, with MS-SQL preferred.
Familiarity with pharmacy automation systems and associated interfaces.
Strong creative problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
Understanding of business principles, processes, and technologies in the healthcare sector.
Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations and systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to learn quickly.
Preferred
Experience with integration tools like Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Iguana.
