Required

Experience: At least five (5) years in roles such as sales consultant, operations analyst, management consultant, or investment analyst, within the healthcare sector and preferably within venture-backed startups.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, statistics, healthcare administration, business administration, health informatics, or related fields.

Skills:

Strong collaborative skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, sales, or operations within healthcare.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

Proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and healthcare data analysis (e.g., medical claims, pharmacy data).

Understanding of healthcare systems, provider groups, health plans, reimbursement, and regulatory environments.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.

Proficiency with MS Office suite and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
