Responsibilities

Develop and manage an overarching project plan that integrates various sub-projects seamlessly.

Design and implement processes for comprehensive workflow evaluations and sustainment cycles.

Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and milestones within tight deadlines.

Prepare visual materials and deliver presentations for senior-level stakeholders.

Ensure high-quality deliverables while tracking and reporting progress metrics weekly.

Oversee daily operations of multiple teams working in parallel.

Organize and lead meetings, including preparing agendas, briefings, and action items.

Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions using a combination of clinical expertise and project management skills.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, government representatives, and team leads.

Assess and optimize communication tools to effectively share information across diverse teams.

Prepare materials and support approval processes for critical, time-sensitive milestones.
