Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview highly qualified candidates for a variety of home care positions, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, and more.

• Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Employer Branding: Promote Millennium as an employer of choice by highlighting our commitment to employee satisfaction, professional growth, and work-life balance.

• Recruitment Strategies: Implement innovative recruitment strategies, such as utilizing social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms to attract top talent.

• Compliance: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring and employment laws.

• Travel: Occasional travel to Southwest Florida may be required.

Required

At least one year of recruiting experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care, hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehabilitation center.
