Responsibilities
Partners with executive leaders to develop opportunity profiles and recruitment plans and strategies.
Sources candidates using standard and creative strategies. Primary sourcing responsibilities will be contacting developed and undeveloped leads through cold calling, social media, and emailing.
Maintains and develops pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conducts screening interviews via phone, virtually, or in-person.
Qualifies or rejects candidates based on CV reviews and/or interview feedback.
Participates in conferences, job fairs, and physician recruitment opportunity events.
Actively pursues prospective candidates with integrity and a mission of exceptional customer service.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required, MHA preferred.
4+ years Recruiting experience OR a strong background in the healthcare field required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively prioritize.
Strong desire to succeed and self-motivated mentality.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Preferred
Prior sourcing experience using various job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
Experience recruiting in the PA & NJ markets preferred.
