Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for challenging roles, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Workers, Rehab, Transportation (drivers), Physicians, CNAs, and Nursing.
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms (e.g., Doximity, Health eCareers) to source and attract passive candidates.
Maintain strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of sourcing experience in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of proactive talent identification, with examples of successful engagements with passive candidates.
Strong healthcare background and excellent communication skills.
A hunter mentality, with a demonstrated ability to search and find top talent.
Preferred
Familiarity with iCIMS is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
