Manage inventory of equipment and materials.

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or related field
Five (5) years of experience in project management
Five (5) years of experience working with building-codes
Five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
Four (4) years of experience in creating, maintaining and managing construction project budgets and grants
Four (4) years of experience with construction methods and technologies, with an ability to interpret technical drawings and contract
WA State Driver’s License
Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
