Responsibilities
Chart retrieval and conducting thorough medical record reviews using proprietary tools and software
Accurately and promptly abstract medical records for gap closure and other data collection
Adhering to HIPAA Privacy and Security standards
Retrieval follow-up and escalating issues as needed
Meet productivity and quality targets
Enhance measure compliance
Improve rate submissions according to NCQA guidelines and technical specifications

Required
RN/LPN with clinical experience
Extensive knowledge of HEDIS measures
Ability to accurately and promptly abstract medical records for gap closure and other data collection

Ability to enhance measure compliance
