Responsibilities

Perform complex data analysis related to Help Center consumer and provider complaint data and other data sources in response to ad-hoc research and reporting requests.

Work on special projects requested by senior and executive management.

Develop novel methods to analyze data.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to solve business problems using data.

The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.

Preferred

knowledge and an understanding of managed health care

excellent problem-solving skills, especially in framing business problems in analytical terms amenable to data analysis

strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders

excellent data storytelling skills, especially in using embedded Power BI dashboards

experience working with demographic, geographic, and health care data, especially in the context of health equity, HEDIS measures, or the social determinants of health

experience developing novel methods for analyzing and presenting data, especially in the context of health equity or managed health care

intermediate or advanced skills in data analytic tools, including Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI
