Required
2+ years in Service Desk/IT support
Proficiency in ServiceNow, VPN, Citrix, Epic EMR, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
A high school diploma is required
IT certifications (e.g., ITSM/ITIL/HDI) and BLS required
Preferred
5+ years in healthcare IT
An associate’s degree or higher is preferred
